Warranty Policy
All DBS Blinds products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to that product line, which we register and stand behind directly — you deal with us, not a third-party call centre, for any warranty claim.
What's covered
- Defects in materials or manufacturing under normal residential or commercial use.
- Mechanical failure of lift, tilt, or motorization components under normal use.
- Fabric or slat defects present at the time of installation.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear such as fading from prolonged direct sun exposure beyond the rated UV resistance of the material.
- Damage caused by pets, children, or third-party repairs.
Making a claim
Contact us with your original invoice or order number and a description (and photos, where possible) of the issue. We'll schedule an assessment and advise on repair, part replacement, or full replacement as applicable.
